Will this bolt up to a 2011 LX 570? Obviously the vehicle will need some trimming, but will it fit generally?

This bull bar is built for the 2012-2015 Toyota Land Cruiser 200 Series, so we can't confirm it for a 2011 Lexus LX 570.

Does this replace the entire front bumper or do you keep the top portion of the original bumper on a 2014 LC200?

This depends on what you consider the top portion, yes this will replace your front bumper but requires trimming, please refer to the installation sheet, which is also located under the installation tab.

Does this retain the parking sensor cutouts and visibility for the radar cruise control and front camera?

You will need to drill holes for parking sensors if you wish to keep them. The active cruise control should not be affected as it will shoot through the main hoop of the bumper.
