"I am leaving this review to share an honest perspective for future buyers. The product itself is fantastic—the quality is top-notch, and the rubber pieces are exceptionally well-made. However, our experience with their customer service has been frustrating. As a business, we needed to return the item because our client no longer required the service. Unfortunately, the website's tracking status was never updated on their end and still shows as "in transit," which completely locks us out of initiating a return through the portal. I have sent three separate emails to support attempting to resolve this, but I have received zero response. While you can expect a solid product, be aware that getting assistance or processing a return if your circumstances change may be a dead end. Great craftsmanship, but the customer support and refund policy execution definitely need improvement."
