Overview

Recovery is an inevitability when four wheel driving. You need rated recovery points that can safely withstand and distribute the loads of a recovery – which is something stock tow points aren’t designed to do.

Ironman 4x4 has created recovery points that are both rated and designed to be fitted (and sold) in pairs, allowing an equalization strap to be used and provide multiple attachment points during a recovery.

Powder coated red for ease of identification – especially when covered in dirt and mud, Ironman 4x4 recover points are perfect for winching and snatch recoveries.

With holes to suit a 4.75t shackle, hooking up is simple and compatible with your standard recovery kit.

Recovery points are excellent. My

Recovery points are excellent. My only ding is that I seem to have a lot of additional parts (two lollipops, several bolts, etc. meant for other applications) and would have appreciated a lower price and less extra (albeit very high quality) parts. Not sure what I’ll do with the lollipops/bolts, but I’ll figure something out.

Very heavy duty

Going from a stinger style bumper with d-rings to the airbag certified IM model I needed some proper recovery points. These fits the bill and look good too.

Great Bumper/winch combo

Bought myself the whole bumper assembly with a 9500lbs winch. Installed fairly easy (it was more than 2hrs). The bumper looks great on my 94 FZJ80. For the price it’s a great choice.

Great product.

Great product but needs better packaging. Mine showed up with large chips in the powder coat. I just sprey painted them. It works for me but a new product at that price should come to you perfect.

Hello, will your 80 Series recovery points work on a 2005 FZJ105? Can they work on the rear as well as the front?

Yes these will fit a 105 Series Land Cruiser on the front, do not know if it will fit on the rear.

will this also mount to the rear frame on the fj80? (if I remove the tow hitch)

If the bolt spacing and thread pitch are the same as the front recovery points then it may work, however, we cannot confirm fitment as these were designed for the front.

Yes they do. These mount to the underside of the frame front below the bumper line. No issues on the 80 Series Land Cruiser or the 100 Series Land Cruiser.
