Terrible support
"Bought the rally innovations front rally bar for my 2020 Crosstrek a few years ago. Have noticed that the hardware and bar are rusting bad in some areas. Along with the lights that the finish is flaking off of. I reached out to support which was awful, taking weeks to respond, saying they aren’t receiving any of my photos, etc. Finally they start emailing back and this was the response. “That wouldn’t be considered warranty for that either, are warranty is if the item doesn’t work anymore or manufacturer defects out of the box. Not for bezels around lights that are showing signs of wear. If it was me, I’d take them off scuff up the surface and paint them black. ” Meanwhile the warranty page on their website says “We stand behind everything we sell at IRONMAN 4X4. ” clearly doesn’t sound like you stand behind your product. I paid $600+ for this bar and lights just for them to tell me to spray paint it? Awful company to deal with. After looking around see a lot of horrible reviews of the wiring harness burning up and draining batteries so going to replace that now as well."
