Overview
Caster Correction: IRONMAN 4X4 upper control arms are forged with 4 degrees of caster correction for ideal wheel alignment, correcting the vehicle’s geometry back to OEM specs, generating outstanding performance and ride quality.
Drop Forged Construction: Drop forged construction results in improved strength to weight ratios, increased directional strength with reduced stress concentrations in corners and filets. The precision of drop forging consistently results in superior strength, weight savings, and manufacturing tolerances when compared to machined, rolled, or other cast processes.
Hardened Zinc Coating: Wrapped in a hardened zinc coating, these UCA’s have up to 75% more corrosion resistance when compared to traditional paint or powder coating. This zinc coating provides maximum effectiveness at warding off the oxidation that typically leads to rust and corrosion.
OEM Ball Joints: We use OEM style ball joints and bushings that are tested and manufactured to strict Japanese specifications that are readily available at every dealership and parts store. They feature a fully hardened stud bound in a watertight sealed machined housing which doesn’t allow for contaminates to be introduced into the joint with grease guns or outside environment.

Love them they are way more heavy duty than stock. Like the dust cover for the grease almite. Top notch quality. Will recommend to everyone

Not a hard job. The UCA is held up with a really long bolt. Driver side: remove battery for access. Passenger side: loosen brackets for hoses and lines. It does provide better caster after lifting your vehicle for better adjustment for alignment.

Purchased your UCA's for my 25 Tundra SR5 4x4. The price was good and the delivery was perfect. Packaging was great for the product. I got them installed the other day and love them my truck rides better than stock! Thank you, Ironman 4x4.

These went in far easier than I expected. You'll be surprised how solid and beefy these feel compared to stock or tubular UCAs. So far performance is excellent and they look amazing on the truck.

Product is good. Couple of issues: First, instructions are a different story. QR code took me to a Dropbox page with "This link has been deleted". Secondly, the updated UCAs need greasing but since there are no instructions I did not know what the recommended grease is.

So far they are excellent. Install is easy enough and they look great. 2 small things: dirt caps for the ball joints would be nice. And a parts list. I did not find the ball joints spacers and 5 mm brake line bolts in a small bag. Small details that would be very helpful. I am a big fan of these UCA’s

Arms seem well made. They don’t include the (upsized) bolts for the abs sensor wire brackets, original stuff won’t fit. Ball joint fits into a cavity that traps mud and moisture, caps would be great for USA north eastern areas. Also be nice to know what size it is for replacement. But the arms fit up well and do the job, brought my caster back in spec.

Only giving this a 4 out of 5 because it was really hard to get the holes to line up for the bolt to pass through. I had to use a crow bar and hammer. But great build and quality help dial in the suspension very pleased

They seem very stout and I like that they’re aluminum with zinc coating. Wish the instructions gave a schedule on how often to grease the ball joints though

I got these after installing a mild lift on my Land Cruiser 250 as the caster was too far out of spec. These allowed me to get the vehicle aligned correctly. They were pretty straightforward to install and the instructions provided were great. They look great, function great, and were very affordable compared to other brands!

22 4runner. Overall, I am very happy with these UCAs. I did encounter some discrepancies between different sets of instructions, install videos, etc. . . that were a little confusing. There are a set of spacers in the hardware bag, that in the provided qr-code linked instructions say to install on the bump stops (?) however when I called Ironman USA support they said that was only on Tacomas. I ended up using the spacers on my UCA ball joint castle nuts, because without them the castle nut was threading too far and nearly bottoming out. So, clearly the spacers are for the upper ball joints, but the instructions didn't say that and the Ironman youtube video mentions them casually in passing without explaining if/why they are necessary. Also, my UCAs are not maintenance-free, they came with greasable ball joints and machined dust caps. I'm not upset about it, but the description should be updated to reflect that. All that being said, install went smoothly, the UCAs feel and look great, and my alignment is perfect now with my lift (OEM UCAs were actually rubbing the coils after the lift - Ironman UCAs clear easily). So a 5-star product, but maybe 4-star instructions due to the nature of these UCAs fitting many different vehicles.

I raised my truck and left the stock UCA's and the handling didn't feel right so I upgraded them and it made a huge difference. Plus they look really nice!

Ended up getting in these upper control arms for my 2017 Toyota tundra. I was trying to correct the alignment with these upper control arms. When I took the vehicle to Local 4 x 4 shop and they told me I should've purchased an upper control arm with more adjustability. Lesson learned on my part. The vehicle is very close to being in spec of proper alignment, but not quite. Other than that, it seems like a superior product and would definitely recommend to friends.

The UCAs are of great quality and its clear that they are very durable. The install video online was great! A very detailed step by step install guide is what every person who wants to modify their vehicle wants!

I bought the UCAs because I felt the lift was going to be more than 2. 5 inches. I was correct. I asked the shop if I could see the alignment print out and it was perfect.

The product is exactly what I was looking for, however the install instructions weren't clear. I had questions concerning some of the parts that were sent and reached out a number of times to get clarification and nobody ever answered the phones or returned my messages. It's been a month now and still haven't heard from them. I just installed to the best of my abilities. It's a shame there customer service isn't better.

I've got a 2005 V8 4Runner and did the full Ironman suspension lift and UCA's. Couldn't be happier with how my truck rides and looks.

Nice design. I wanted something that was an upgrade but not an open uniball design. It came down to these or the JD Fabrication uca's. I ended up with the Ironman. JD Fab is a uniball, but sealed top design.
I like the light weight aluminum design and the ease of maintenance. All UCA's are overrated for what they can accomplish as far as weight distribution/strength and are extremely over priced.
That being said, for how I was setting up my truck these control arms worked for me.
