Q&A
Latch Assembly for Ursa Major/1300 Rooftop Tent FAQs
Can I talk to a product specialist before ordering?
Absolutely. Send your vehicle details, intended use (daily, towing, overlanding), and current mods, and we’ll recommend the correct configuration the first time. You can contact us here.
Do you have installation instructions or a manual?
Yes—many products include instructions in the box and/or downloadable PDFs. Check the product page for “Vehicle Fitment & Installation/User Guide” tab. If you don’t see it, contact support here and we’ll send the correct install guide for your SKU.
How long does shipping take and do you ship freight?
Small items typically ship parcel; oversized items (bumpers, tents, long packages) ship freight, which is noted on the product page under the add to cart button. Transit time varies by location and carrier. We typically ship orders within 2 business days of purchase.
What’s your warranty coverage?
Warranty varies by product category. The product page lists the applicable warranty under the add to cart button. If you want confirmation before ordering, contact us or see our warranty policy here.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted under our returns policy within 30 days of purchase. See our return policy here for full details. Because many items are vehicle-specific, verify fitment before installing. For the quickest help, contact us with your order number and the item condition.
