Light Load

Light load will allow your vehicle to ride similarly to stock for comfort and with little additional payload support.

Medium Load

Medium load gives you the most versatile driving experience. We almost always recommend medium load for vehicles that are occasionally loaded on the weekends but are driven daily without weight during the week. This gives your vehicle the most comfortable and practical ride for most types of off-roaders.

Heavy Load

Heavy load will allow you to carry extra weight when loaded AT ALL TIMES. We recommend this option only for vehicles that are constantly loaded with the listed minimum additional payload weight all the time. If not, your vehicle will be a stiff and uncomfortable ride.

Extra-Heavy Load

Extra heavy loads require a significant amount of additional weight. We recommend you add up all of the additional gear you will have in your vehicle at all times to make sure it meets the minimum listed additional payload. Contact our customer service before ordering extra heavy load springs.

Never exceed the vehicle manufacturer’s stated Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM). Exceeding the GVM can compromise vehicle safety, performance, and handling, and may void the manufacturer’s warranty. Designed for and used by the US Military, the Foam Cell Pro shock absorbers are the strongest, most reliable in the market that will serve you for a lifetime. They require less maintenance than other performance shock absorbers and are rebuildable by design.

Foam Cell Technology: Increases shock performance & eliminates shock fade by increasing thermal capacity and eliminating high internal pressures.

2.4” Twin Tube Body: Increased oil volume for improved cooling and endurance. Twin tube construction protects internal components from rock damage.

Hard Chrome Piston Rod: Hardened and polished, volumetrically balanced to piston size.

Flexible Rubber Bushings: Offers quieter operation and reduces damaging side loads from shock absorber.

Supplementary Welded Mounts: Fusion welded and supplementary welded for maximum strength and reliability.

Single Piece Billet Eye Rings & Stems: Ultra robust design prevents breakage or bending of mounts.

Vehicle Specific Valving: Every part number is specially valved for each vehicle application, this ensures the best possible ride and handling as intended by IRONMAN 4X4 suspension engineers.

Extended Travel: Extended travel over OEM suspension. Suitable for standard and raised height vehicles, additional length increases wheel articulation.

Impact Stone Resistant Shield: Steel or Polyethylene dust shield protects piston rod from impacts and road debris.
