Still waiting for a refund of my purchase since it’s on back order

Never received it after they told me they shipped it 3 times. Then told me if it wasn't shipped by April 2nd they would ship out a replacement. Never shipped me nothing. Had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get a refund.

Our awning wall kits do not come with floors. Many of our rooms for our 90 degree and 180 degree awnings have floors.
