"First, let’s talk price. For what you get, it’s incredible, especially if you catch a sale. Second which is actually tied for first, the customer service. Outstanding. I did have an issue with the built in lights not functioning because the magnetic pins wouldn’t make the connection because of the design of the connectors, but due to the outstanding customer service, they gave me a suggestion which I had already thought of but didn’t want to invalidate my warranty didn’t try without their blessing which I was given. Trimmed the extruded portion on the edges of the connectors and the lights work flawlessly. Now let’s talk quality. I have a few of their products already, 2 refrigerator slides and their first version shower enclosure which are all great so I wasn’t concerned about getting a junk awning which budget ones are. This is not that. You get a great awning at a great price, the arms are robust, the hinge works great, as do the lights now. The awning deploys very quickly and easily, all you need is something to mount it to. I will be getting the walls for it eventually because I have a squaredrop trailer I installed it on and those would be a fantastic addition for me. If anyone is in need of an awning please don’t overpay for those bougie overlanding brands because you’re getting an awning that is every bit as good if not better in every aspect for a fraction of the price and you get some great backing by the customer service team. Obviously highly recommended."
