"A little disappointed due to the fact that the storage bag with all the hardware, guy lines, tensioners, stakes, wasn’t in the box. Rescheduled a camping trip with my wife awaiting replacement but so far no luck. When I get this resolved I’ll post my honest review of the product."

"It took about 3 weeks to arrive and the accessory kit with the mounting hardware and ropes is missing so I still won't be able to use it. I read a review by someone else who had a similar issue so I had ordered it as a precaution. When following up on my order because there was no shipping info available I was assured by 2 different people I would not need the accessory kit because it should come with everything so I had them cancel that order which they did. It's the weekend now so I need to wait until Monday to get this straightened out now."

"I bought this for the jeep! Unfortunately the brackets that come w/setup doesn't mate well with smittybilt defender roof rack. I called ironman no one wanted to help me what else is new w/these companies. They love to take your $! But when it comes time to give customer service or go above & beyond they act like Helen Keller can't see or hear you. I had to remove my cvt awning from teardrop & put on jeep which turned out great BTW! Put ironman on teardrop looks ok I'll try on next trip out. I think I'll stick w/cvt or Gofsr going forward thanks for nothing!"

"Quality, quality, quality all the way through! The product is top notch and the hardware and accessories are again quality from the ratchet tension chords to the extra strength stakes to the 13mm ratchet wrench! Bravo Ironman 4x4! I installed this on my overland teardrop camper! The brackets and the multiple types of hardware supplies to provide a universal fit was well thought out! Kudos to the support team that actually answer the phone to provide product support. Don’t need to provide photos or videos…. my review says it all."

"Very happy with it so far. The lighting is amazing and I like the options for soft white and the dimming feature is great! Used it this past weekend camping on the river. We had 10-15 mph winds with gust of 20-25 and it did fine. Just had the poles secured very well. My new favorite place to read is under this thing. Check out much more on insta @ditchwitchsubi I hope the awning room for this comes back in stock! Would love to add that and the shower room! Would love to add those things and show my followers!"

- I have a gobi ranger rack that’s 56 inches long on roof , can you over hang the length of the larger 180 degree awning which is 84 inches long without worrying about any problems
- Hi Bill, You shouldn't have any issues with overhang on your rack. Just be sure you properly secure all 3 mounting brackets across the entire length of your rack for best support. Thanks, Brennen
- Can you mount this to stock cross rails and it be supported and withstand the weight of the awning?
- GT, Thanks for reaching out. We use a "one size fits most" approach to mounting tents and awnings, sometimes additional parts and pieces are required we usually refer folks to a roof rack specialty store or back to the rack manufacturer to bridge the gap. I would double check with your vehicle manufacturer to see what your specific cross rail can handle. Best - Ironman4x4

- How strong of a wind will this awning hold up to?
- Johnny, It is not recommended to use an awning in the wind and we cannot provide warranty support for damage caused by weather events. These have a lot of surface area that can be easily caught by even a little wind, we include guy ropes and lines to secure your awning, but in the end mother nature is king.
