Horrible return process

Have been attempting to return. Can never reach anyone by phone and the chat is pretty much trash as it takes hours for someone to respond

I'm sorry to hear of the issue you've had. However, I see that you spoke with Logan on 11/6 and he issued a sales credit for you to return the items.

These would need to be returned to:
Ironman C/O Noatum

Once the product is returned we can issue a refund to the same card that purchased the goods.

I did not receive my full order

Hi Brian,

Thank you for reaching out. So, I know we have had a few customers say this before, but I see you did order the bush toilet, and I know for a fact that they have put the extra bags on the inside of that box, so it is not a loose package hanging outside of the box. Did you happen to find them in there? Or was there still no extra bags inside the bush toilet box?

Please let us know to make this right,
-JO

I'm pretty sure I'll be able to see what I ate at one point or another, but I don't make it a habit to stare at my movements so whatever. As long as these don't leak, I'm good. Will update in a few weeks!

Bush Toilet Biodegradable Bags FAQs

Can I talk to a product specialist before ordering?

Absolutely. Send your vehicle details, intended use (daily, towing, overlanding), and current mods, and we’ll recommend the correct configuration the first time. You can contact us here.

Do you have installation instructions or a manual?

Yes—many products include instructions in the box and/or downloadable PDFs. Check the product page for “Vehicle Fitment & Installation/User Guide” tab. If you don’t see it, contact support here and we’ll send the correct install guide for your SKU.

How long does shipping take and do you ship freight?

Small items typically ship parcel; oversized items (bumpers, tents, long packages) ship freight, which is noted on the product page under the add to cart button. Transit time varies by location and carrier. We typically ship orders within 2 business days of purchase.

What’s your warranty coverage?

Warranty varies by product category. The product page lists the applicable warranty under the add to cart button. If you want confirmation before ordering, contact us or see our warranty policy here.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted under our returns policy within 30 days of purchase. See our return policy here for full details. Because many items are vehicle-specific, verify fitment before installing. For the quickest help, contact us with your order number and the item condition.
