Overview
The IRONMAN 4X4 Quick Release Mounting Brackets are design registered and manufactured in Australia, and are changing the way we use awnings.
This Nylon material offers high tensile strength (11,000 PSI), chemical resistance, stiffness, and extreme temperature tolerance (220 degrees Celcius) along with low thermal expansion.
It is the material of choice for many components in most engine compartments. It also has a low friction property that helps with longevity and no squeaks.
Features:
- Quickly reposition awning from drivers side to passenger side or to the rear of vehicle;
- Easily swap awning from one vehicle to a different vehicle, or trailer
- Store awning off the vehicle when not in use, or let it dry once you return home;
- Can be padlocked on for extra security

This product is NOT compatible with our DeltaWing 270° Awnings or DeltaWing Ensuite Privacy Shower Tent; it is only compatible with our Instant Awnings and 90° Awnings.

These are a cool concept and work well. I was surprised on the light without and easy install. Great upgrade for your awning. USPS shipping was terrible 😞

When I received the brackets I was disappointed to see that they are mage of plastic as I assumed that, for the price, they would be metal. I did install them and they do work though I'm a bit concerned about their durability over time. Ot would be disastrous if one of them were to break while on or off road. I'm sure it would cause damage to my vehicle and very possibly to other vehicles or people!

I knew the brackets were coming out. I held up on attaching awning until I received brackets. Great decision ! Brackets are the best. mounting - NO problem. Great Product !

The mounts arrived missing 4x nuts, washers and bolts. Easy enough to solve with a trip to a HW store, but its pretty obnoxious to spend $100 on a bit of plastic and still need to cobble together a complete solution.

Would have been helpful to see this exclusion in the product specification. Only notes the 270 degree awnings as an issue. They currently do not support a version for the OVS

Junk, bought a set last summer and pull my awning on and off a lot. Cracked and finally broke in half.

The item was fine. It just didn’t fit my application. So I returned it. It was pretty straightforward. RMA once you figure out where to find “how to do it on the IronMan 4 x 4 website.
