Water in the backcountry is liquid gold, so set up your vehicle with an IRONMAN 4X4 Water Tank.
The IRONMAN 4X4 50L Roof Tank Water Tank is built tough from food grade, BPA free, UV Stabilized Polyethylene ensures you can enjoy clean, taste free water. Ideal for under mounting on a trailer, in the bed of your pickup, or up on the roof rack of your 4x4.
All IRONMAN 4X4 water tanks are pressure tested with water at the factory. A small amount of water inside the tank is normal. IRONMAN 4X4 recommends cleaning your water tank before use. Refer to instructions for cleaning procedures.
Customers praised this lightweight, durable water tank's low profile design and versatility. "Great quality," "very well built," and "super strong material" were common remarks. However, customers noted concerns about missing mounting hardware, lack of a vent, outlet placement issues, and water retention problems with ~0.5" remaining in the tank.
Light weight. Easily handled by 1 person. Only detractor is about 1/2" of water remains in tank due to location of drain.
Holds a good amount of water, wish you sold a mounting system
Such a handy tank! Ran two in parallel on a rooftop of my trailer. Easy to secure.
Needs a vent
Best product and best support support. I'm very happy.
Works great and low profile for roof rack on my 4runner
Great quality.
Fitting threads are loose
Shopped for a year before finding Iron man products, perfect fit for my ground up aluminum camper, not installed yet but will work in my design perfectly
This fit my space well, but leaked at fitting. I had to remove it and apply new Teflon tape and joint sealing compound. Stopped the leak. I will see if this works over the road.

Great
Exactly what I was looking for
Fits great. Exactly what I was expecting.
This must be a high demand item. I waited almost a year to get mine.
This water storage container is well built , no plastic smell upon opening, use it for drinking, showers, hand washing etc. Can do alot.
Strong thick BPA free plastic should work great for camping. On roof rack of my Tacoma half full of water should be close to max weight without it occurring any accidents on highway -adding weight of roof rack , tank and water very close to 100lbs. Max. Will invent something to secure it and eventually add electric water pump. The future will tell the true ratings .
was built a lot better than i thought it would be . very heavy duty and well built , will serve its purpose well . had to wait a little while because of back order but am glad i waited to get the 2 that i did . thanks
Super strong material.
Definitely love the new set up for my water!
Fast shipping quality built.
Good Product.
I would add a hose for air. On cap.
This tank is large.
As described
Seems like a solid tank and pictures on site match product. Have not installed yet so cannot speak on function. Would like a diagram of the inside of tank.
Haven't installed it yet but looks very well built. Hope it works! The only reason for the 4 star review instead of 5 is that it does not come with mounting hardware so you have to do a bit of creative DIY designing.
Overall, the tank is sturdy and the dimensions work well, but there are a few flaws I'd love to see addressed which I can't believe didn't come up in other reviews. The outlet of this tank is like 1/3 of the a way up the tank (if flat mounted) and there's no pickup line inside. This means that the last four gallons or so can't be accessed unless you install a pickup line which drops all the way to the bottom of the tank. Second, the tank is completely flat and the outlet is on an incut portion. This means water doesn't want to naturally settle there, so you really struggle to extract the last drops of water. Third, there's no breather. If you're using a pump or even gravity feeding this, I've found I have to open the cap every once in a while to reduce the vacuum inside. Finally, there appear to be no baffles in this tank so once you've used a few gallons, you've got 10 or so gallons sloshing around every time you take a turn or brake.
Haven't been able to use it yet but I will be taking it out to Big Bend State Park, Texas in a few days. I expect it will work great.
Looks good
The outlet and filler should be on opposite ends of the tank instead of next to each other.
Good quality easy to work with low profile for my overland project
Awesome tank but there is no ready-made mounting solution. Four or six of the pass-through holes would make mounting this thing solidly a whole lot easier.
