"Amazing kit, color instructions and high quality. The only issue I had was a slow delivery. It took about a month for a product that was in stock. I had to call a few times to check in and just got stories about how Fedex has not come by to pickup the shipment. That part of the experience could be better."
"Be subframe bolts that came with the kit for my 2017 Subaru Outback 2. 5i were too short. The installer had to go to a specialty hardware store to get longer bolts to complete the installation. They charged me an additional 1 hour of labor at $200 an hour plus the cost of the bolts. I assume that if this was a Crosstrek the bolts would have been fine."
"Hello, I ordered a lift kit for my 2024 Subaru outback on 8/13/2026. I called about 2 weeks ago because some part were on back order, and was told that these parts were scheduled to arrive on 9/20/2026. I called today and spoke to Jay (terrible customer service), and was told that these parts are being pushed back again and won’t actually come in until 10/30/2026. When i got to the website and try to order again today, it says that these parts are estimated to arrive by 10/6/2026. Who do I believe? In addition to, I truly would appreciate if you can invest more in customer service training. Jay was pushing all the blame of the delay on somebody else. He was not able to provide me with any guidance or help regarding this order. Thank you!"

"I’ve been very happy with my Ironman 4x4 suspension coilovers overall. They have performed well both on and off the road, with great ride quality and handling, which is why this issue was disappointing to discover. Recently, I noticed oil leaking from the shock bodies, which appears to be caused by a failing shock seal. To verify that it wasn’t just residual oil or debris, I thoroughly cleaned the shock bodies and continued driving the vehicle. After additional use, fresh oil was once again visible running down the shocks, confirming that the leak is ongoing. Up until this point, I’ve been very satisfied with the product and have recommended Ironman 4x4 to others based on my experience. I’m hopeful this is simply an isolated manufacturing defect and that Ironman 4x4 will stand behind its warranty. I look forward to a quick and straightforward resolution so I can get back to enjoying the suspension with the same confidence I’ve had since installing it."
