Customers said this lift kit significantly improves handling and ride quality. "Rides smoother than stock and feels more secure on the road." Install was pretty straightforward. I definitely forgot to plan for the exhaust hanging lower which caused some rubbing on the boot. Got some longer hangers and problem was solved. I'm just mad at myself for buying this so fast, I missed that I could've gotten a free air compressor with my order 😅 but oh well Overall a great product! I can feel the improvement in handling and I'm excited to see how it handles when I go camping next week
Crosstrek feels way better than stock. The ride feels great. Not squishy and not too firm.
Provides a great lift. Does not affect handling. Suspension is stiffer. Way better than a top hat lift.
Amazing kit, color instructions and high quality. The only issue I had was a slow delivery. It took about a month for a product that was in stock. I had to call a few times to check in and just got stories about how Fedex has not come by to pickup the shipment. That part of the experience could be better.
Couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with this lift!!! After just over 100k miles my previous spacer lift with stock suspension was due for an upgrade- not only were noises coming from my strut tops but there was another noise that I had been trying to figure out for quite some time, even the deal ship wasn’t able to identify but on my first test drive after installation, to my surprise all the noises were gone and my car had a new stance and feel- way improved!! My car now feels and performs way better than it did before- on and off road and for the price compared to all other options, it can’t be beat!! Only regret is not going with Ironman sooner!!
Installation was fairly easy if you have basic mechanical skills. The video on the Iron Man 4 x 4 site was very helpful. The lift is noticeable and I am getting a lot of positive feedback.
I am definitely satisfied with my purchase. I have a 2024 Crosstrek, and the 2-inch lift kit was more than enough; my car sits much higher than I expected—which I absolutely love. The ride is great, and the aerodynamics remain perfect. Honestly, it was the best choice I could have made. THANK YOU, Ironman 4x4!

This is my second Ironman lift I have had on a vehicle. Glad I went with them again for my 24' CT Wilderness. This kit is great. Super easy to install, with basic tools, I did it in my gravel driveway in 6 hours. Install video is very helpful. Just fit larger 30" A/T4w's and there is no rubbing even at full lock and flex.
My rig is normally pretty weighed down, even when I'm not on the trail, so I went with the medium duty on the front, and heavy duty on the back. Feels perfect for my usage. Not stiff at all, but also no visible sag in the rear even when fully loaded for a trip.
Just got back from a 2 night 250 mile overland trip, and the only downside I can report thus far is that because the geometry is now different, all of my sway-bar end links are repeatedly coming loose. So I placed an order for some heavy duty adjustable ones from RalliTek that I think will fix that.
Otherwise, highly recommend if you want to have better clearance, a better look, and amazing performance.

Definitely an improvement from the original stock shock/lift. Looks great lifted.
Great improvement to outback wilderness. Handles and corners great. Seems to ride smoother than stock suspension. Instilled by professional shop said it took them 5 hours and the alignment was simple.

Love the new look of Subi after putting on the lift. It also drives significantly better. Wish I would have done sooner.
Absolutely love the suspension kit so far. Install was straight forward but physically demanding, I would bring a friend. After an alignment from the dealer, took it out on some pretty rough terrain and the ride was like butter. Eats washboards and whoops like a champ.

Tried to return product. No one responded to my communications after multiple attempts over a week and half. This review is not on the product but the communication of the staff.
…so far, loving it! Handles great! It is definitely stiffer but it’s worth it to remove that soft butt ‘squish’ coming off of speed humps in calming zones! Very Happy!
Just installed a couple of days ago and love it so far! Only took about 4 hours. Only thing I was bummed about was that I didn't get any stickers with my order.
I just wanna share my experience. On my left front driver side. I feel something i lil bit knock noise. Or squeezing rubber. But still im observing my shocks.
My ATS lift kit was easy to install and gave a great stance to my Subaru. Love the ride!

"Be subframe bolts that came with the kit for my 2017 Subaru Outback 2. 5i were too short. The installer had to go to a specialty hardware store to get longer bolts to complete the installation. They charged me an additional 1 hour of labor at $200 an hour plus the cost of the bolts. I assume that if this was a Crosstrek the bolts would have been fine."
"Hello, I ordered a lift kit for my 2024 Subaru outback on 8/13/2026. I called about 2 weeks ago because some part were on back order, and was told that these parts were scheduled to arrive on 9/20/2026. I called today and spoke to Jay (terrible customer service), and was told that these parts are being pushed back again and won’t actually come in until 10/30/2026. When i got to the website and try to order again today, it says that these parts are estimated to arrive by 10/6/2026. Who do I believe? In addition to, I truly would appreciate if you can invest more in customer service training. Jay was pushing all the blame of the delay on somebody else. He was not able to provide me with any guidance or help regarding this order. Thank you!"

"I’ve been very happy with my Ironman 4x4 suspension coilovers overall. They have performed well both on and off the road, with great ride quality and handling, which is why this issue was disappointing to discover. Recently, I noticed oil leaking from the shock bodies, which appears to be caused by a failing shock seal. To verify that it wasn’t just residual oil or debris, I thoroughly cleaned the shock bodies and continued driving the vehicle. After additional use, fresh oil was once again visible running down the shocks, confirming that the leak is ongoing. Up until this point, I’ve been very satisfied with the product and have recommended Ironman 4x4 to others based on my experience. I’m hopeful this is simply an isolated manufacturing defect and that Ironman 4x4 will stand behind its warranty. I look forward to a quick and straightforward resolution so I can get back to enjoying the suspension with the same confidence I’ve had since installing it."
