"Product come delivered with a small tear already in seams however contacted support and acknowledged I am able to return for replacement or just keep it under warranty for 3 years until unusable. They honored their guarantee."

"Got a decent deal on this pre-tariff, the weight & design sold me; like all gear it has it flaws but these guys put together a solid awning pound for pound. Wish it was made in USA, a bit lighter and the mag electronics need to be improved. Those connectors and the switch says “china-cheapy” all over it. Will eventually redo this writing as I have a background in LED soldering"
"I bought this same one about two years ago, the wind recently destroyed it and I was really bummed about spending the money again. I was pleasantly surprised about the new upgrades that have been made to it. Better materials and the lights are now built in. Buy it you won't be disappointed!!!!!"
"I really like this product. Well built. Transaction was flawless. The only issue was the length. I installed it on my work truck ladder rack to protect myself and tools from the sun. I work in SW Arizona and the tools laying on the toolboxes on my truck would get extremely hot and I had no relief from the sun. When I was younger this was not an issue but now it can be an issue. I found that even at it's length it still protects and gives me shade when working. I know it is not designed for my use but it works flawlessly and I can deploy in minutes and stow even faster. Thank you for the relief."
