Was missing the T slot

Was missing the T slot plates and some of the bolts, had to order a generic set of mounts from Amazon just to get the T plates before my trip, the inner channel of those was slightly to thin for the hardware in this kit so I had to grind down the heads of the hardware to fit. Only reason they get 2 stars is customer service answered fast and said they’re meeting with their supplier over it to fix the issues of missing parts. They’re going to send the T slots when they’re available according to them. Who knows though

Incomplete package as it was

Incomplete package as it was missing the sliding mount plates. Even the replacement set sent was missing them, yet they are noted in the product picture on the website.

All the right parts and worked great. Ordered two sets for extra cross bar connection. I’ll update the review if anything changes. Part that goes under the bracket is plastic FYI, but this might be better for resisting oscillatations. Great value.
