"Do no t like the SHOP app. that you are using. It makes it easier to accidently purchase the item before you are ready. I had more questions that did not get answered before I accidentally made the purchase. When you inquire about cancellation, it states that the order is immediately sent to the warehouse, and then you might not be able to cancel. So then if I was to return , I would incur a 10% restocking fee, plus shipping, which given the weight of the item, would not have been cheap. On another note, it did fit my vehicle, looks good, and I saved 200 plus free shipping. Just not pleased with the experience of purchase."

"Easy to install and looks great. Some of the bolts it came with were too short, but I had some extras off the old receiver. Would definitely be a problem for someone who did not have an old receiver though."

"Product looks good afternoon installed but don't expect the holes to line up. I had to oblong at least one hole on each side. Also the bolts should really be longer."

"Overall I'm happy with the results. The delivery was as expected and installation was pretty straightforward. The only problem I encountered was on the passenger side inner bolt could not be installed due to the hole not lining up even though all other hardware was loose. It is true that the rest of the bolts need to be longer if using the included washers, I used green locktite instead."

"Bolts didn't work on my 2020 Rav4 XLE. Had to put it on without the lockwashers. I've seen this comment on another review, but thought "maybe just the other guy had an issue. " But nope. This is a known deficiency that they aren't doing anything to remedy. Hence my bad review. Please add longer bolts to the kit. Needs to be 3/8" at least, preferably 1/2" longer."
