Very solid bar, very nice build. The instructions were pretty simple, and straight forward.
Only thing that I found was the 2 pan head M8x 25mm screws have nowhere to go. I assume it was suppose to go with the 2 big round washers that replaces the original mounting hardware that mounts the mid shield to the front sub-frame, which is suppose to be M6x25.
Can't wait for the rear bar, and hopefully got the mounting holes sorted out.

This bumper guard has been fantastic. It's been great for on the trail and for general peace of mind as I travel between camping sites. It's definitely saved my undercarriage more than a few times, as well as help push trees/branches out of the way. I've yet to install lights or accessories but I love how minimal this bar looks while still offering a little more protection than the other RAV4 bumpers on the market. I love ironman products!

Package was in good condition and the items were wrapped very well in bubble wrap and foam pads. It fits just like they said it would. The only thing I had an issue with was the instructions and video are for non-hybrid models and I had to take off a lower radiator crash bar that wasn't mentioned in the instructions.

A great product. Had the the bumper guard install through your referral shop. Shout out to Ryan at Miyaki Motor Sport here in SoCal. Insulation took about 3 hours without any issue.
A few weeks ago the bumper guard took a solid hit on the driver side while transtioning from a soft trail to asphalt road. Left a nice 3 inch scratch on the tubing. Far as I can see the bumper guard is not bent and all the nuts and bolts are still tight. Just touch it up with some black paint and it looks good as new.

Can't return the order. Won't work on the 24 rav4 trd. Don't get much attention if you want to return the product.

This is the 5th Ironman4x4 product that I've bought and the 3rd item to return. I bought the ATS lift kit which broke after the first use off-road, along with vibration issues so that was returned. I bought the Atlas roof racks but they could not securely mount onto my Rav4 and now this bumber arrives with no installation instructions other than a video. I'm not prepared to pay by the hour for an installation that has to be figured out as you go along. Ironman4x4 now won't accept this number as a return because I don't have the oversized mailing box it was shipped in. After this experience I will never buy another ironman4x4 product again.

Bumper looks super cool, and gives options for mounting light bars etc. with 4 mounting points. Included skid plates are durable and cover the right places.
Note: does replace front-most skid plate on 2021 TRD Rav4.

The ATS front bumper guard ships at 77.6 lbs in a 27.17 x 72.05 x 11.02 in carton, and that figure includes the packaging. We don't publish the weight of the guard on its own, and we don't publish a weight for the ATS rear bumper guard.
