Getting the right spring is mission critical, as the springs will determine how your Next Gen Ranger sits on the road; its rake, and also how it carries the overall weight of your vehicle so that it can support heavy loads.

NO COMPROMISE – THE EXTRA LEAF
Rear leaf springs come in leaf packs, each rated to a weight range; for example, 200kg – 400kg. However, sometimes this spring might not feel quite right for a vehicle carrying closer to 400kg, yet the next largest leaf pack might feel too firm.
For this reason, we have introduced the Extra Leaf, a singular leaf that can be added to any leaf pack for that little bit of ‘extra’ weight carrying capacity.

Foam Cell shock absorbers and struts offer a larger diameter shock with upgraded shafts and a unique foam cell technology that provides both improved ride control tuning and greater heat dispensation. Foam Cell is a great match to slightly heavier daily Ford Ranger Next Generation vehicles, and those who hit the tracks more often. Also great for towing and outback roads.

The comfort valved shocks are usually best matched to Ford Rangers with a lighter rear axle weight. The comfort valving ensures the spring can ride smoothly.

PERFORMANCE
Our performance valved shocks are perfect for mid-range weight vehicles, sitting between the 200 – 600kg constant load, and are valved specifically to match our springs in this range.

PROFESSIONAL
For our customers who are close to GVM and above, we recommend the use of our Professional valved shock absorbers, to ensure the extra load is managed seamlessly.
