"These are really good skid plates . Heavy duty and well designed . I had some previous skid plates but they were too heavy and were a pain to remove if I needed to do maintenance , even the nuts for access panel broke when doing an oil change . So I knew I had to give Ironman skids a try . The nuts are tacked welded twice and the access isn't much more difficult to change oil either compared to stock. Oh! I also noticed an improved 2-3 gas mileage compared to the other skids not sure if lighter , more airflow ,or what but I am pleased with my purchase ."

"Some of the precut holes weren't exact and I had to use half round file to make it fit. Also there were no cut out for the oil filter. My shipment was wet and some of the bolts and washer was rusted and looked used. The skid plate itself had few rust spots too."

"Easy install from you tube video. Dont over tighten the bolts. Remove your front diff drop if you have one from a lift kit. Dont really need a diff drop anyway. Easier to install avoiding making bigger holes and new bolts."
