Within a very short time, their team called me directly. They had already seen the FedEx claim and told me they weren't going to wait for the shipping investigation to play out. Instead, they immediately arranged to send a replacement at no cost. The entire phone call lasted less than 10 minutes. There was no runaround, no excuses, and no passing the blame. They simply took ownership of the issue and made it right. Today, I received the replacement leaf spring exactly as promised.
