Position: Workshop Fitter

Duties and Responsibilities:
Fitting of all products, in conjunction with Ironman 4×4 fitting instructions when applicable.
• Offer phone assistance to customers (technical issues/problem solving)
• Maintenance and updating of Ironman fleet vehicle’s accessories
• Maintain workshop tools and equipment
• Make sure the workshop and work areas are clean safe and presentable.
• Regular work shop inventory stock takes
• Warranty and repair work
• Assist with other branch duties when required.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Present, promote and sell product/services using objection strategy to existing and prospective customers.
  • Assist Retail Sales Manager with PMA Account Strategy offering strong focus on Account Sales growth and bringing new revenue Silo Account opportunities into the business and updating live CRM.
  • Assist Retail Sales Manager in exceeding Team KPIs of set Sales Targets – Add On Sales – Quote Conversions – Customer Call Back Sales Conversions – Installation Sales.
  • Expedite the resolution of a customer’s problem or complaint to maximise satisfaction.
  • Understanding of the fitment of all products, in conjunction with Ironman 4×4 fitting instructions when applicable with a sound understanding of Workshop expectations and operations.
  • Booking of Workshop jobs, including time and parts allocation with a focus on minimising Workshop idle time. And understanding of installation times applied to the Workshop vs invoicing labour to a customer.
  • Keep abreast of new product to market – features and benefits and sales techniques to support whilst also acquiring a sound knowledge of industry competitor’s comparative product.
  • To keep the showroom clean and fresh. Display new products in prominent position in the showroom and rotate product specials and stock to give the regular customers a different feel each time they visit the Showroom.
  • Assist in any administration tasks as required. Ensuring accurate assessment and application of all internal administration requirements such as Warranty – Product Concerns – GVM onboarding – Mechanics Desk – CRM – Fleet (internal and external) are completed.
  • Be a team player – Be deliberate with promoting and maintaining strong relationships with immediate team members – supporting internal departments – business contractors and customers.

Competencies

  • Previous experience and demonstrated success in Retail Sales or similar role within a 4WD Accessory Sales environment.
  • The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and adapt in constantly varying situations.
  • Have a proactive approach, with the ability to use initiative and work with limited supervision.
  • Time management, organisation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport, be friendly, courteous, and approachable to all contacts in the business.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills with sound computer literacy skills required.
  • Current driver’s license is essential
  • Passion and knowledge of the 4×4 industry.

Position: Sales Operations Coordinator
Location: VIC – Dandenong South

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and dynamic company and industry, working with the General Manager of Sales and the sales team to drive strategic, financial and commercial objectives.
